Career Services Events
The Office of Career Services is committed to assisting you as a student or graduate of Robert Morris College in your career endeavor. Starting the exploration of opportunities early on in your educational track is the first step to success. We will assist students with securing employment beginning their first day of classes. Career Services provides the RMC student body with the necessary resources and skill development required for success.
The 180-Day Guarantee
The 180-Day Guarantee at Robert Morris College exemplifies the university's commitment to offering professional, career-focused education. If a graduate of an associate or bachelor's
degree program does not secure employment in his or her field of study within 180-days of completing the degree, the College will work with the student to strengthen his or her skill base in the following ways:
- The AAS graduate may enroll in up to 4 courses that were in the original program of study; coursework beyond the 4 courses may be taken with the approval of the Dean.
- The coursework will be taken on an audit basis; since the courses were taken in the original program of study, no credit or grades will be awarded.
- Students will work through the admissions department and the return student process to receive this benefit.
- Since the student has previously enrolled in these courses, no financial aid is available; however, students do not need to be financially clear in order to enroll.
- Applicable fees will be charged, and audit of any particular course is dependent on course and seat availability.
